An organically grown, washed process coffee from COMSA cooperative in Marcala, Honduras: Manos de Mujer. A special lot built from women producers. I have enjoyed the coffee from this cooperative. Even before they loaned an espresso machine and grinder to Farmer to Farmer for a two week project I worked on a few years ago in a nearby town. :-)
